If you have selected a list view or searched for a record in the Mass File Download tab and are not being shown any data, then you might have to look for the following possibilities:

  1. You have to click the "Search" button once you have selected the list view or searched for a record.
  2. There might be a reason why the records/list view which you selected didn't yield any files or attachments.
