Yes, you can. With this functionality, a user can choose to download their files in ZIP format as in folder structure or without folder structure.
How to Enable Folder Download:
- Go to the About page of the Mass File Download app.
- Scroll Down to the File Download Configuration Tab
- Enable Files in Zip Format (NOTE: The Folder functionality is enabled only when this toggle is enabled).
- Enable "Download ZIP of Files in SubFolders".
- Click "Save" to update the settings.
- You will be prompted to refresh the already opened tab if any.
