If you are getting an error stating "Exceeded Maximum Download Limit (25MB)". 


Please make sure of the following Points - 

  1. You should have an active license (not a trial license). You can visit our online portal to purchase MFD. (NOTE - To understand the file download limit according to Trial and Active versions of the Mass File Download App in your org, please review FAQ - What is the file size download limit?)
  1. If you have already purchased the MFD and the license hasn't expired, then you can go to the tab "About Mass File Download" and toggle ON the "No Download Limit", hit save, and refresh the already opened tabs if any.
