If a custom or standard object is not visible in the "Select Object" dropdown in the "Mass File Download" tab, then please visit the "About Mass File Download" tab scroll down and update the setting "Select List of Supported Objects" to show/hide that custom or standard object.
Simply just click on "Select All" or "Refresh Objects" and then hit the Save button.
