How to filter files and attachments when parent records are retrieved in the date range? Print

Using Filter and SOQL options you can download files or attachments from a particular date range.

Follow the below steps -

Go to the Mass File Download Tab
Search Object from the Select Object Drop-Down
Click on Advanced Search (SOQL) search mode
Now type the specific date using this format - CreatedDate >= 2022-10-20T00:00:00Z and CreatedDate <= 2023-02-25T00:00:00Z
Click on the Filter button and Choose Filter → File Type → Equals → Attachmnet Or File
Hit the Search Button.
