Follow the below steps -
- Go to the Mass File Download Tab
- Search Object from the Select Object Drop-Down
- Select the Search Mode
- In Filter for Related Files and Attachments → Choose Filter → File/Attachment Extension→ Enter the File/Attachment Extension (i.e. pdf, jpg, png, docx, csv)
- Now hit the Search button.
