Yes, it is possible with the link provided on List View. Please follow the below steps -

Go to the Related Files and Attachments Tab in Mass File Download.
Select Object → Select Search Mode as List Views.
When you select the List View from the Dropdown you can able to view the Link Icon near Select View.

When you click on the Link icon then it will redirect you to the selected List View page.
