In List View and Advanced Search(SOQL) search mode, if the record count is more than 50,000 then it shows the error message as shown in the image below -

Here you need to search less than 50,000 records at a time. You can put certain filters like date range or filters on the name which will make your search results less than 50,000 records in list view and SOQL.
