With Mass File Download version 10.0 (Release Notes), we have added the "ContentDocumentLinkId" column to the CSV Mapping File. Now, user can easily check the ContentDocumentLinkId value of your Standard and Custom Object files.
This column will provide you with the unique identifier for each file associated with your objects. By utilizing the ContentDocumentLinkId, you can efficiently manage and track your files, enabling seamless integration with your Standard and Custom Objects.
Follow the below steps:
1. Go to the Mass File Download tab and click on the Related Files & Attachments sub-tab then select all values and click on the Search button
2. Click on CSV Mapping File Button Or Download button if you want to download all files & Attachments along with CSV Mapping File.
3. Now open the downloaded CSV Mapping file, Here in column C you can check ContentDocumentLinkId as shown below.
