What are the filters we can use for filtering Files and Attachments? Print

We have a total of 7 filters that you can use to filter your files & Attachments -

1. File/Attachment Name - This will help you to filter your File/Attachment via the Name of the File/Attachment.

2. File/Attachment Created Date - You can use custom, This Week, Last Week, This Month, Last Month This Year, and Last Year all those options to filter your File/Attachment. It will apply on Created Date of the File/Attachment.

3. File/Attachment Last Modified Date - If you want to check File/Attachment via Last Modified Date then use this option and filter File/Attachment.

4. File/Attachment Owner Name - You can use the Owner name for filtering File/Attachment.

5. File/Attachment Extension - We support all extensions, pdf, csv, zip, docs, jpg, jpeg, bin, txt, and all.

6. File Type - In this filter you can choose File or Attachment.

7. File/Attachment Size - You can add File/Attachment size to the filter as required and filter.
