Yes, you can hide the title and renew/subscribe header bar by turning ON the 'Hide Title Header Bar' and 'Hide Renew/Subscribe Header Bar' settings.

Please follow the steps below:

Go to the Mass File Download App.
Click on the 'About Mass File Download' tab.
Find the options for 'Hide Title Header Bar' and 'Hide Renew/Subscribe Header Bar' within the configuration settings.
To hide the title header, turn ON the 'Hide Title Header Bar' settings
To hide the renew/subscribe header bar, turn ON the 'Hide Renew/Subscribe Header Bar' setting
Click on Save.
With these settings enabled, the Mass File Download page will appear as follows:
