If you want to keep the original file names when downloading files, make sure to turn OFF both the "Rename Downloaded Files for Deduplication" and "Rename Downloaded Files with File Name Suffix" settings. Here's how you can do it:
- Open the Mass File Download app and navigate to the "About Mass File Download" tab.
- In the "File Download Configuration" section, turn OFF both the "Rename Downloaded Files for Deduplication" and "Rename Downloaded Files with File Name Suffix" settings.
- Click on the "Save" button to save your configuration.
- With these settings disabled, downloaded files will retain their original file names, ensuring they remain unchanged.
