Yes, Files can be downloaded to cloud storage in dropbox.com, box.com, SharePoint, Google Drive, OneDrive, etc too assuming the downloading user has cloud storage software installed on his machine which syncs local files to the cloud, so when download is done in this local folder, then that cloud storage software will sync that files to online.


If Offline Software is Download on the Machine then take the following steps to change the download location in Google Chrome:

  1. Click the Chrome menu on the top right-hand corner of the browser next to the URL bar (3 dots)
  2. Click Settings
  3. Scroll down to the Downloads section
  4. Do one of the following steps:
    • Click the Change button to set a new default location as "OneDrive" and Hit "Select Folder" Button.
    • Click Ask where to save each file before downloading to manually select the location each time you download a file.
  5. Close the Settings tab.
