Yes, you can set the default page size for all tabs by following these steps:

Go to the "About Mass File Download" Tab.
Under the "Mass File Download Tab Configuration" section, search for the "Default Page Size" dropdown.
Set the default page size from the given options (up to 2000) and click on "Save".

Now, the default page size for all subtabs is set by default.
