To download files using the List View button, follow the below steps:

• Go to the Objects List view from which you want to download files/attachments.
• Click on the "Mass File Download" button. Follow the steps mentioned at Steps To create List View Button to create the List View Button.
• If you select specific records and then click on the List View Button, it will redirect you to the Mass File Download Page with preselected Object and records in Search Mode.

• If you do not select records and then click on the List View Button, it will redirect you to the Mass File Download Page with preselected Objects and ListView.
