Yes, in version 13.0, we introduced a new tab called "Mass File Download (Lightning)" which allows you to download all files under all objects present in your org. Follow the steps below:

  • Go to the Mass File Download app and select the "Mass File Download (Lightning)" Tab.
  • Under this Tab, in the "Select Object" section, select the objects from which you want to download the files.
  • Optionally, you can filter files by adding SOQL filter conditions. Add the SOQL if you want to filter the files, then click on the "Search" button.
  • After searching, all related files will be displayed in a table. Select the files according to your requirements or select all files, then click on the "Download" button.

        After downloading, all files will be saved to your machine
