In the Mass File Download (Lightning) tab, you can download up to 5000 files in one go by using pagination.
Follow the steps below:
- Go to the "Mass File Download (Lightning)" tab, select the object, add filter conditions if needed, and click on the "Search" button.
- After searching, on the left side, click on the dropdown to select the number of files in one iteration. Here, select 5000. You will now see the first 5000 files on the first page.
- Here, you can download 5000 files in one go by selecting all files.
This method allows for efficient downloading of a large number of files from the Mass File Download (Lightning) tab using pagination.
