Steps to download files from child and child of child objects:
- Navigate to Record Detail Page: Go to the record detail page where you have added the Mass File Download (Record Detail Page Lightning Component) component.
- Select Record: Ensure the record from which you want to download files is selected by default.
- Select Related Object:
- In the "Select Related" dropdown, choose the child object you are interested in.
- Select Child of Child Object:
- Once you select the child object, a third dropdown will appear under "Select Related of Related Objects" allowing you to choose a child of child object.
- Search for Files:
- Hit the Search button to retrieve files from the selected child of child object.
- Hit the Search button to retrieve files from the selected child of child object.
- Download Files:
- All files from the parent, child object, and child of child object will be displayed in a table.
