You can hide the "Download CSV Mapping File" button from the Mass File Download (Record Detail Page Lightning Component) by enabling the "Hide Download CSV Button" attribute.

Steps to hide Download CSV Mapping:

Go to the record page where you have added the Mass File Download (Record Detail Page Lightning Component).
Click on the Gear icon in the top-right corner of the page and select "Edit Page".
In the Edit page mode, select the "Mass File Download (Record Detail Page Lightning Component)".
On the right-hand side, look for the attribute named "Hide Download CSV Button".
Enable this attribute by toggling it on.
Click on "Save" to apply the changes.

With the "Hide Download CSV Button" attribute turned on, the Download CSV Mapping File button will be disabled.
