You can hide the Related Notes in the Mass File Download (Record Detail Page Lightning Component) by enabling the "Do Not Show sNotes" attribute.

Steps to hide Related Notes:

Go to the record page where you have added the Mass File Download (Record Detail Page Lightning Component).
Click on the Gear icon in the top-right corner of the page and select "Edit Page".
In the Edit page mode, select the "Mass File Download (Record Detail Page Lightning Component)".
On the right-hand side, look for the attribute named "Do Not Show sNotes".
Enable this attribute by toggling it on.
Click on "Save" to apply the changes.

With the "Do Not Show sNotes" attribute turned on, Related Notes will be hidden and not available for download through the Mass File Download component.
