You can select all related child objects present on that parent object.

Steps to Select Child Objects:

Go to the record page where you have added the Mass File Download (Record Detail Page Lightning Component).

In the Mass File Download component, locate the "Select Related Objects" dropdown.

Choose the "Select All" option from the dropdown to select all child objects associated with the parent record.
