The "Downloaded Files Tracking" object is a paid additional feature. It allows admin users to track downloaded files efficiently. Admins can generate records in this object to monitor download details such as the user, file name, size, linked record, and download time.
To use this feature:
- Purchase and activate the feature for your organization.
- Once activated, navigate to the "Mass File Download" tab and do a file download.
- Search and Open the "Downloaded Files Tracking" object in the App Launcher to view the records.
- Check the recently created record for details about your downloaded file.
