You can reach our support portal in the following ways: 


1. AppExchange Page:

  • Search for the app name on AppExchange.
  • Click on "More Details", scroll down to "Resources & Documentation", and click on "Mass File Download FAQs".

  • This will redirect you to the support portal, where you can click on the "New Support Ticket" button to submit your queries.



2. From Your Salesforce Org:

  • Once the app is installed in your Salesforce org, you can create a support ticket by clicking the "New Support Ticket" button located on your app's home tab.
