When using the MFD (Mass File Download) app to download and zip a large number of files, you may occasionally see a browser message that says:

“Page Unresponsive — You can wait for it to become responsive or exit the page.”


This message is triggered by your web browser (most commonly Chrome) when it detects that a webpage is taking a long time to respond, typically due to large-scale activity like downloading many files or compressing them into a ZIP file.


This is a built-in safety mechanism in the browser to prevent tabs from freezing. It does not mean the app has crashed or failed.


What should you do?
When this message appears, simply click “Wait”, and the download process will continue and complete successfull

To avoid this message, consider downloading smaller batches of files if possible.
