This feature allows you to download files from Account Engagement (Pardot) across multiple business units. You can download files individually or in bulk as a ZIP, and you also have the option to delete files after downloading. If you want, you can apply multiple filter conditions to narrow down your file selection. There is no need to install the Mass File Download app in the Pardot org—simply complete the configuration and add the desired business units in the Mass File Download (Account Engagement) tab, where the Mass File Download app is installed. From there, you can view and download files directly from that org.
This price includes the download of files totaling up to 10 GB of file credits. Additional file credits can be purchased if needed.
